We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 12–24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm nzt on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

We always strive to deliver within the expected timeframe, though slight delays can occasionally occur during public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen events.
