We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm nzt on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

We always strive to deliver within the expected timeframe, though slight delays can occasionally occur during public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen events.

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

STANDARD NZD FLAT RATE $8 EXPRESS COURIER (2–4 WORKING DAYS)

AUSTRALIA

STANDARD AUD $20 EXPRESS (3-7 WORKING DAYS)

Note : All duties and taxes are covered on orders under AUD $1,000 — For orders over AUD $1,000, standard import GST and clearance charges may apply upon delivery so please contact your local facility to find out more.
