RETURNS
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. If something is faulty, please email us at hello@sunothebrand.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of faults. We take great care in crafting each SUNO piece and stand behind the quality of our companions.
FAULTS
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If your item has a manufacturing fault:
- For a minor fault, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
- For a serious fault, you may choose a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
SALE, ARCHIVE + SAMPLE PIECES
Items purchased during sales, archive releases, or sample sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
NATURAL MATERIALS + WEAR
SUNO pieces are crafted from Calf leather and natural materials. Variations in grain, texture, markings, or tone are natural characteristics and not considered faults. General wear over time, softening of leather, and patina development are part of the life of the piece and are not faults under the CGA.
CARE + MISUSE
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We ask that all items are sent back to us within 7 days of delivery — after this time any returns received after this period will not be accepted.
- All products must be in unused condition, with original tags, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Once your return arrives safely, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping) within 1–2 working days or a store credit if you wish.
Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders, unless an item is found to be faulty.
