Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. If something is faulty, please email us at hello@sunothebrand.com within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of faults.
We ask that all items are sent back to us within 7 days of delivery — after this time, your order is considered final.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. we recommend using a tracked courier service, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Once your return arrives safely, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping) within 1–2 working days or a store credit.
All items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note: we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders, unless an item is found to be faulty.
